Nergy Dialer

More Call Flow Description
With this service customers will be able to place international calls using their PCs connected to internet (dial up or dedicated). Using the dialer agent will pay Nergy Telecom only for completed B_LEG calls.
To use this kind of service agent will have to provide the dialer for his customers or to provide a dialer\'s software to customers. Nergy Telecom provides a customizable Nergy Dialer for free to its Partners.
How Does Nergy Dialer work?
  1. Install the downloaded software of the dialer.
  2. log in using the login and password provided by Agent
  3. Dial the destination number in the following order: country code - area code or city code – number without any additional prefixes like 00.
Basic features of Nergy Dialer:
  • Easy to download and install. Dialer is provided with an individual configuration for each Agent particularly;
  • Customizable interface. If necessary the Agent’s own logo can be placed on the dialer;
  • The colors and skins can also be changed;
  • User’s current balance can be checked right from the dialer;
  • User’s billing report (call logs) for any time period can be checked right from the dialer;
  • NAT support;
  • Login and password registration (additional security measures);

VoIP gateway direct dial

More Call Flow Description
This service can be provided virtually in any country. Using VoIP gateway agent will completely eliminate the cost of A_LEG cost and will pay Nergy Telecom only for completed B_LEG calls.
The agent will need to do the following:
  • Purchase VoIP gateway or use the existing one.
  • Obtain internet connection (Dial-Up, Wireless, Cable, DSL, E1 or T1, ISDN or Frame Relay)
  • Connect a phone set to the VoIP gateway or obtain phone lines (analog ordigital) from the local telephone company to connect to the VoIP gateway.

Callback with dedicated trigger number

More Call Flow Description
This service can be provided in any country worldwide. Every account is assigned its own dedicated trigger number. The callback number of the customer should be entered to the platform by the agent manually.
How does Callback with dedicated trigger number work?
  1. Dial the trigger number issued to you when you signed up. The trigger number is an 11-digit
  2. number in France like 33-1-xx-xxx-xxx. You will need to dial the prefix required to place an 
  3. international phone call and then dial the trigger number. You may dial the trigger number from
  4. any phone, but our network will call you back to the callback number that you provided when
  5. you signed up.
  6. As soon as our network identifies your call you will get disconnected. The trigger number will
  7. not ring. Hang up.
  8. Within a few seconds the switch will call you back automatically. Answer the call and enter your destination number. Enter the number you wish to call in the following order: country code + 
  9. area code or city code + number. Do not enter any prefixes. (Make sure you are using a 
  10. touch-tone phone).

CLI Callback

More Call Flow Description
This service can be provided in the countries where the local telephone networks do not mask the
CLI (Caller Line Identification), that is do not mask the phone number from which the trigger number
has been dialed.
How does CLI Callback work?
  1. Dial the global trigger number. You will need to dial the prefix required to place an international
  2. phone call and then dial the trigger number.
  3. As soon as our network identifies the phone number from which you are calling the call will be disconnected.
  4. Within a few seconds the switch will call you back automatically to the phone number from 
  5. which you have dialed the global trigger number. Answer the call and enter your pin code.
  6. If the pin code is valid then you will be prompted to enter your destination number. 
  7. Enter the number you wish to call in the following order: country code + area code or 
  8. city code + number. Do not enter any prefixes. (Make sure you are using a touch-tone phone).

VoIP CLI Callback

This service can be provided in the countries where the local telephone networks identify the
CLI (Caller Line Identification), i.e. the Caller ID can be identified by each local telephone network.
Users will trigger a callback by dialling the local landline number instead of the French phone number.
A VoIP gateway with FXO ports will transfer the caller's ID (CLI) to Nergy Telecom's platform via
the Internet. After the caller's CLI has been identified, the system will call back to the number from
which the local trigger number has been dialed.
In order to provide this service to customers the Agent will need to:
  1. Purchase VoIP Gateway with FXO ports or use own existing one.
  2. Obtain phone lines (analogue or digital) from the local telephone company.
  3. Connect the phone line to the VoIP Gateway and configure it to reject calls after CLI is received.
The VoIP CLI Callback service can be used as an alternative solution if the Agent's local telecom operator blocks French trigger numbers or if, for some reason, Agent's customers are not able to call France to trigger Callback from their phones (basically Nergy Telecom provides French trigger numbers for callback services).

IP/GSM gateway CLI Callback

In most cases, when the IP/GSM gateway is used for callback application, all the CLIs of customers calling either from landline or mobile phones are identified. Therefore the common problem when domestic telephone companies block CLIs when the calls are made to overseas can be bypassed.
The agent will need to do the following:
  • Purchase IP/GSM gateway or use the existing one. (Nergy Telecom can provide 2N IP/GSM gateways, please contact your account manager for more information)
  • Obtain internet connection (Dial-Up, Wireless, Cable, DSL, E1 or T1, ISDN or Frame Relay)
  • Obtain one or several mobile numbers (SIM cards) from the local mobile provider. These SIM cards will have to be installed into the IP/GSM gateway.

IP/GSM gateway Direct Dial

How does Toll free or Local number Direct Dial work?
  • User Dials Toll free/Local number
  • System prompts to enter PIN code
  • Ifthe PIN code is valid, User is prompted to enter a destination number.Number should be dialed in the following order: country code + areacode + number.
